Maybe you’re the ace mechanic of your shop. Maybe you don’t work with bikes yet, but your colleagues know you’ll pull the rabbit out of the hat when they need you to. We aim to build a team where everyone is like that.
Together, we draw on our varied experiences and create a sustainable livelihood that serves our community. We aim to treat ourselves, each other, our customers and their bicycles with love, respect, and care. We really take that seriously! We teach and learn from each other and our customers every day. Also, we get to work on cool bikes and listen to tunes and drink a bunch of coffee.
